Job summary

JustJoin is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the data layer of our AI-driven consumer intelligence platform. You will define data ingestion, modeling, and validation, and steer the integration of new data sources across search, social, review, LLM, and ecommerce datasets.

Collaborating with data engineering, data science, and stakeholder teams, you will own vendor SLAs, prioritize data quality, and translate complex data concepts into clear client-facing documentation and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data product management, with a significant portion focused on data products, analytics platforms, or data-intensive SaaS.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools and dashboards, able to critically review dashboards.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets and data quality challenges such as deduplication and reconciliation.
• SQL proficiency and data fluency; Python a plus for investigating discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Own data layer strategy, modeling, validation, and new data source integration.
• Define data ingestion requirements and ensure clean integration into the platform.
• Manage data vendors, SLAs, and escalation paths for data reliability.
• Define roadmap for platform data layer across search, social, review, LLM, and ecommerce datasets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, product, and client teams.
• Define data quality standards and resolve production/test data discrepancies.
