Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Consultant on the Front Office team to guide asset managers and wealth managers onto Ridgeline’s platform—from discovery through go-live for front-office workflows.

You’ll own end-to-end project lifecycles, configure tenants, validate data migrations, and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, high-impact implementations while mentoring other consultants.

Qualificações

• 7+ years implementing investment software in a customer-facing role.
• Front-office/trading/portfolio management exposure is ideal.
• Strong client-facing and training abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable, repeatable processes and educating customers.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%.

Responsabilidades

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through go-live, engaging customer leaders to design and deploy workflows across the investment management lifecycle.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, compliance rules, data migration, security master, trade and settlement, and reporting, while educating clients along the way.
• Develop deep expertise in investment management domain and Ridgeline software, ensuring customers maximize product usage.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify and fix bugs, recommend new features, and relay client feedback.
• Collaborate with integration consultants and project team to design, build, test, deploy client integrations and build efficient templates.
• Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare and escalating when appropriate.
• Mentor and coach consultants as the organization scales.
• Domestic travel expected: 25-30%.
