Job summary

GDH is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Coordinator to lead complex infrastructure initiatives, including data center exit, migration, and decommissioning projects. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage schedules, risks, and communications, while supporting broader network infrastructure initiatives and coordinating change requests in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive project or service delivery management experience with end-to-end outcomes.
• Experience supporting data center infrastructure initiatives, migrations, closures or decommissioning.
• Strong organizational and PM skills for multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, data center infrastructure and network topology.
• Understanding of networking technologies and service delivery.
• Ability to identify and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong vendor management and third-party coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-phase data center exit, decommissioning, migration, and infra delivery activities.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication plans.
• Coordinate engineering, implementation, cabling, logistics, and operations teams.
• Manage activities across internal resources, contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and maintain schedules, impact assessments, risk registers, and trackers.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and coordinate mitigation strategies with teams.
• Maintain decommissioning docs, inventory, implementation plans, and change management.
• Collaborate to coordinate change requests and readiness.
• Support adherence to change management and governance processes.
• Provide project status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.
