Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Data Manager to identify data deliverables for contracts and build data tracks in the Product Data Management (PDM) system. You will coordinate with program offices, receive data from suppliers, and secure program approval while ensuring on-time customer delivery throughout the contract lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in data management or related fields and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience or advanced degree.
• 2 years of work experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years of work experience in a customer support/service role.
• Current and Active DoD Government Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DIDs, DoD 5230.24 Distribution Statements on Technical Documents, NISPOM (DoD 5220.22-M).

Responsibilities

• Reading contracts to understand deliverables.
• Using PDM to capture, manage, and track data deliverables/receivables.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for data requests.
• Proofreading data for compliance with requirements.
• Managing data deliverable schedules and on-time delivery to customers.
• Learning required markings and applying them to data.
• Running forecast reports and sharing with stakeholders.
• Reviewing sub-tier supplier data for compliance.
