Job summary

RTX, the aerospace and defense leader, seeks a data-management professional in Tucson, AZ to manage contract data deliverables and build data tracks in a PDM system. You will coordinate with the Program Office and suppliers to ensure compliance and timely delivery throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience (or 9 years in lieu), strong MS Office skills, and an active Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of professional experience
• Experience with government standards and processes, such as EIA-649 and GEIA-859
• Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Current and Active Government Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Identifies all data deliverables part of a contract
• Builds a data track in a PDM system
• Identifies preparers with Program Office and reviews data for compliance
• Solicits and secures programmatic approval and delivers information to the customer
• Reviews sub-tier contractor requirements and builds data tracks for supplier submissions
• Approval routing or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables
• Secure non-deliverable program work products in PDM and related tasking
