Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean and develop datasets for analysis and reporting across enterprise data lifecycles.

You will design data architectures, ensure data accessibility, and protect data while guiding implementations from design through deployment. The role requires hands-on experience with ETL tools, DataBricks, SQL (SSMS/SSIS), cloud platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake), and Power BI, plus strong communication and project leadership to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of technical data analysis experience with ETL tools and ETL solutions.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience in SQL with SSMS/SSIS.
• Cloud knowledge: Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake or related cloud tech.
• Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience leading projects through full life cycle including design, coding, review and deployment.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation skills for client demonstrations.
• Ability to work with deadlines and customer satisfaction.
