Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean and develop datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting.

You will design data architectures and enforce data lifecycle policies to ensure accessible, reliable, and timely data for users across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data analysis, ETL with DataBricks, and SQL (SSMS/SSIS), plus cloud experience (Azure Synapse, Snowflake) and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of technical data analysis and ETL experience.
• 3+ years using DataBricks and SQL (SSMS/SSIS).
• Cloud tech experience with Azure Synapse or Snowflake; Power BI proficiency.
