Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean and develop datasets to support business analysis and reporting. You will design data architectures and ensure data lifecycle governance across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ETL experience, DataBricks, SQL (SSMS/SSIS) and cloud analytics with Power BI integration for leaders. Remote/Hybrid options apply; 40-hour weeks with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools and developing ETL solutions.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience working in a SQL environment with SSMS and SSIS.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, clean and develop datasets from internal and external sources for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and execute data architectures, policies and lifecycle management.
• Prepare data for reporting including visualizations to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver data solutions on time and in scope.
