Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Data Management Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (level 4) to join the Sentinel program across Roy, UT and other locations. The role guides requirements, architecture and data-model activities for the ground system.

You will lead a small team of engineers, define model-based data architecture, ensure traceability, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive MBSE across the engineering value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience; 6+ years with Masters; 4+ years with PhD.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 2+ years of MBSE/MBE with tools like Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• Experience in C2, cybersecurity, or NC3 systems and RAM-C analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small systems engineering team to develop data architecture across the engineering value stream.
• Define, allocate, and trace requirements for the Sentinel ground system.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to mature a data model.
• Contribute to requirements management and analysis.
