Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Management Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (level 4) to join the Sentinel program. Location options include Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL or Manhattan Beach, CA, supporting ground system data architecture and MBSE efforts.

The role requires strong MBSE experience, model-based engineering tools (Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and manage data architectures and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; 2+ years MBSE/MBE experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance; SAP access may be required.
• 2+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 2+ years MBSE/MBE practices and tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw).
• Experience with C2, cybersecurity, NC3 systems or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small systems engineering team to develop data architecture across the engineering value stream.
• Develop and mature a configuration-controlled data model with stakeholders.
• Incorporate system requirements into the model and ensure traceability.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
• Develop model techniques and processes for tool integration and team collaboration.
