Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (level 5) in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. The role involves architecture development, requirements management, and MBSE using Cameo within a DoD environment.
Candidates should have a STEM degree with extensive SE experience and an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher eligibility. Knowledge of MBSE tools, Agile work practices, and defense project workflows is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with extensive experience; Master’s 10+ years or PhD with 8+ years preferred.
- Must be a US citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance; Top Secret/ SAP eligibility within a reasonable period.
- 1 year of experience managing requirements in DOORS; 3 years SEIT and MBSE experience; 1 year Agile with JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience with C2, cybersecurity, and military aerospace development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop system engineering artifacts.
- Develop and mature architecture content for large programs; define and allocate requirements.
- Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
- Contribute to requirements development, management, and analysis; ensure traceability.
