Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah, is seeking a Sr. Staff Systems Engineer (Digital Engineering Technical Lead) to join the Sentinel Program. You will lead MBSE efforts, drive engineering execution, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the lifecycle.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience and an active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain SAP). A 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with extensive related experience.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP.
5 years of systems engineering across the program lifecycle.
5 years MBSE experience leading teams and programs.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering execution with product teams to drive MBSE and engineering practices.
Collaborate across engineering teams to define and sell the technical solution.
Engage customers and senior leadership to solicit requirements and inform design decisions.
Represent DE SEIT in Digital Engineering Review Board (DERB) as needed.
