Elios, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture behind enterprise transformation programs. You will enter client environments, diagnose current data landscapes, and lay out a phased path to a governed, modern data platform that teams trust.

The role blends pursuit work and delivery—shaping proposals and leading discovery workshops, then anchoring the solution post-sale. It is a hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in data architecture or data management consulting.
• Hands-on background across data quality, catalog, lineage, and master data management.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, policies, and runbooks.
• Deep data modeling experience across multiple industries.
• Experience with greenfield builds and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams from RFP responses to proposals and shape client solutions.
• Map current data landscape and design future-state architecture.
• Build phased roadmaps considering scope and resources.
• Architect data quality, catalog, lineage, and governance solutions.
• Explain architectures to both technical teams and executives; build consensus.
• Anchor proofs of concept and size new engagements.
• Lead distributed delivery teams across time zones.
