Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture for enterprise transformation programs. You will work in client environments that are often messy and ambiguous, crafting a phased path to a governed, modern data platform that stakeholders trust.

The role blends pursuit work and delivery, shaping proposals, leading discovery workshops, and anchoring the solution post-sale. Hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite and up to 25% travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with data quality, catalog, lineage, and MDM.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and operating models.
• Proven data modeling across industries and greenfield/legacy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams as the data SME from RFP responses to proposals.
• Plan workshops to map current landscape and design future-state architecture.
• Build phased roadmaps considering scope and team availability.
• Architect data governance, quality, catalog, lineage, and MDM solutions.
• Explain architectures to tech and exec audiences and build consensus.
