Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare MDM Architect to design master data management and governance for a major healthcare organization. You will lead architecture, match/merge, golden records, and stewardship workflows, with 2–3 days onsite and up to 25% travel.

You’ll join a Data and Analytics practice at a global AI-focused consultancy, shaping the roadmap and collaborating with delivery teams. Prophecy expertise and client-facing consulting experience are essential, with flexible metros

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data architecture or data management.
Hands-on experience with Prophecy.
Strong experience architecting MDM solutions and governance for healthcare providers and/or payers.
Expertise in at least two MDM tools (e.g., Profisee, Microsoft Purview) with multiple implementations.
Deep knowledge of MDM concepts: match/merge, golden records, syndication, stewardship, privacy and regulatory compliance.
Healthcare data modeling experience across provider and payer domains.

Responsibilities

Architect MDM solutions for healthcare provider and payer data, including match/merge and golden records.
Design data governance processes around MDM, including policies and runbooks.
Build data pipelines and transformations using Prophecy as part of the data platform.
Lead discovery workshops to map current state and define future-state architecture.
Create phased implementation roadmaps balancing scope, resources, and regulatory needs.
Translate designs for technical teams and executives, aligning priorities.
Support pursuits as data SME, including RFP responses and proposals.
Lead and mentor delivery teams across multiple time zones.
