Job summary

Elios, Inc. is hiring a Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture behind enterprise transformation programs. You’ll join a global AI-first technology consultancy and work in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days in the office and up to 25% travel to client sites.

You’ll lead discovery, shape proposals, and anchor the solution with delivery teams, guiding data quality, catalog, lineage, MDM, and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in data architecture or data management consulting.
• Strong hands-on background across data quality, data catalog, data lineage, and master data management.
• Working knowledge of data governance concepts: policies, procedures, operating models, runbooks.
• Deep data modeling experience across multiple industries.
• A track record of both greenfield builds and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams as the data subject matter expert, from RFP responses to proactive proposals.
• Plan and run workshops with client teams to map the current landscape, requirements, and constraints, then design a future-state architecture.
• Build phased implementation roadmaps that account for scope, sequencing, and the people available to do the work.
• Architect data quality, catalog, lineage, master data management, and governance solutions, sometimes from scratch and sometimes by modernizing what's already in place.
• Explain complex architectures to technical teams and executives alike, and build consensus when stakeholders don't agree.
• Anchor proofs of concept and help size and scope new engagements.
• Lead delivery teams spread across time zones and take real ownership of the outcome.
