Elios, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture behind enterprise transformation programs in a hybrid role. You'll enter client environments, define what's there, and lay out a phased path to a governed, modern data platform that teams trust.

You'll join a Data and Analytics practice delivering across industries. Expect to shape proposals, run discovery workshops, and anchor solutions on engagements, with 2–3 days in a local office and up to 25%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data management consulting.
• Experience with data quality, data catalog, data lineage, and data management.
• Deep data modeling across industries.
• Experience with governance concepts and runbooks.

Responsabilités

• Lead pursuit teams as data SME from RFP responses to proposals.
• Plan and run workshops to map landscape and design future-state architecture.
• Build phased roadmaps aligning scope and people.
• Architect data quality, catalog, lineage, MDM, and governance.
• Explain architectures to technical teams and executives; build consensus.
• Anchor PoCs and help size new engagements.
• Lead delivery teams across time zones and own outcomes.
• Represent practice at industry events and thought leadership.
