You will lead workshops, shape architecture, and guide delivery, focusing on provider and member data at scale. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in-office and up to 25% travel.

Hands-on Prophecy experience is essential, and client-facing consulting exposure is a plus as you will partner with executives and drive architectural decisions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture or data management experience.
• Hands-on Prophecy experience.
• MDM solutions/governance for healthcare providers/payors.
• Expertise with Profisee and Microsoft Purview (4+ implementations).
• Knowledge of match/merge, golden records, data governance.
• Healthcare data modeling across provider and payer domains.

Responsibilities

• Architect MDM solutions for healthcare provider and payer data.
• Design data governance processes around MDM (policies, runbooks).
• Build data pipelines and transformations using Prophecy.
• Lead discovery workshops; map current state and future-state.
• Create phased roadmaps balancing scope, resources, and regs.
• Translate designs for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support pursuits as data SME (RFPs and proposals).
• Lead and mentor delivery teams across time zones.
