Smart Tech Skills LLC is seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst to support electronic case reporting, data interoperability, and modernization of a public health registry. You will assess requirements, automate data extraction from eICRs, and develop dashboards to improve usability of health data.

The role requires 8+ years in SAS/Python/R, system integration, and health data work, plus strong collaboration with epidemiology and technical staff.

Competenze

• 8+ years designing, testing, and maintaining SAS, Python, or R pipelines.
• 8+ years of system integration and dashboard development for interoperability.
• 8+ years working with health data (structured or semi-structured).
• Proficient in databases and querying.
• Experience testing and validating automated data integration solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Clear documentation of code and workflows.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical staff.
