Dutech Systems is seeking a senior data integration specialist to drive interoperability between health registries and eICR workflows. You will develop data pipelines, dashboards, and automation scripts using SAS, Python, and R, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory data standards.

The role emphasizes handling structured and semi-structured health data, validating data quality, and documenting technical specifications for ongoing maintenance and modernization efforts.

Formación

• 8+ years developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting programs in SAS, Python, or R.
• 8+ years system integration, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
• 8+ years working with structured or semi-structured healthcare, public health, or complex administrative data.
• Strong knowledge of databases, querying, data processing, and data management.
• 8+ years documenting system requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• 8+ years testing and validating automated data-integration solutions.
• 8+ years documenting code, technical specifications, workflows, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess Texas Birth Defects Registry workflows to map eICR integration steps.
• Develop system requirements documents and reports for interoperability.
• Develop, test, and maintain programs using SAS, Python, R for data automation.
• Design, test, and maintain dashboards for operations and case triage.
• Create automated data ingestion, processing, standardization, linkage, and matching workflows.
• Test and validate automated workflows and data-integration scripts for accuracy.
• Support registry modernization and planning for eICR integration.
• Maintain technical documentation of code, configurations, mappings, and procedures.
• Work with databases and data management for extraction and reporting.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to define requirements and solutions.
• Continuously improve data quality, automation, and efficiency.
