Albemarle Corporation seeks a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst – Databricks & Enterprise Reporting to shape the analytics landscape across Finance and Supply Chain. This hybrid role combines hands-on Databricks work with enterprise reporting at scale.

You will design data pipelines, define data models, and enable AI-powered insights using Copilot, Databricks, and Power BI, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to drive scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or BI in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Databricks experience in evolving environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong Power BI expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Databricks-based analytics architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and pipelines.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT for data pipelines.
• Guide AI-enabled analytics initiatives and Copilot use cases.
• Establish standards for data modeling, reporting, and AI readiness.
