Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes Power BI, data governance, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver embedded reporting for a global client.

You will act as an SME on data sources and drive data discovery and quality initiatives. This position offers remote work with up to 15% travel, and requires 2–3 years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BI or analytics experience, client-facing preferred.
• Advanced Power BI skills: Power Query, DAX, data modeling, advanced visualization.
• Experience with data discovery and SQL.
• Able to transform data into efficient data models and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical specs.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and reports per client direction.
• Deliver analytics tools that drive data-driven decision making.
• Drive data governance and master data maintenance in CMMS (ServiceNow/Nuvolo).
• Conduct data discovery to understand structure and relationships.
• Use SQL for querying, analysis, validation.
• Collaborate across teams to validate dashboards and ensure data integrity.
• Nurture client relationships with proactive solutions.
• Stay updated on BI trends and best practices.
