Job summary

FuturePlan is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and provide insights for executive decision making. You will partner with Service, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy, driving data governance and scalable reporting across the organization.

You will design tools, run complex analyses, and present findings to directors and VPs. A strong analytical mindset, SQL/Power BI skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of analyst experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Excel and SQL basics for data manipulation.
• Proficient in Power BI or SI Sense and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance priorities.
