Job summary

ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to lead data discovery, governance, and embedded reporting for a global client. You will leverage Power BI, Power Platform, and SQL to build scalable data models and insightful dashboards, while ensuring data integrity and proactive monitoring.

Travel up to 15% and remote work are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Advanced Power BI skills including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization.
• Proven experience in data discovery and SQL.
• Adept at transforming and manipulating data to deliver efficient data models and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with facility services and/or hospitality data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and reports per client directions.
• Deliver analytical tools that enable data-driven decision making and insights.
• Drive data governance and master data maintenance within the CMMS platform (ServiceNow / Nuvolo) for the client.
• Conduct comprehensive data discovery to understand data structures and relationships.
• Use SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate dashboards and ensure data integrity.
• Foster client relationships and provide proactive data solutions.
• Stay current with BI trends and best practices.
