Job summary

Omnicell seeks a Senior Product Manager for OmniSphere's data integrations to own strategy and roadmap for secure data exchange with customers, partners, and vendors. You will define a scalable integration framework balancing openness with data protection and collaborate across engineering, architecture, and governance to deliver reliable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on data integration, platform, API, or interoperability products.
• Experience defining and scaling integration frameworks involving multiple data formats, connectivity models (API, EDI, file-based, event streaming), and delivery mechanisms.
• Working knowledge of data governance, access control models, and privacy/security considerations in a B2B data-sharing context.
• Track record of managing vendor or partner relationships involving shared technical roadmaps or integration commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical integration concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering/architecture teams on cloud-native systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve a scalable data integration framework for secure inbound/outbound data exchange.
• Align data integration roadmap with strategic product priorities to accelerate delivery and value.
• Identify gaps in data integration coverage with product needs and define solutions to close them.
• Protect and extend integration capabilities across diverse data formats and delivery mechanisms.
• Ensure seamless connectivity across customers, partners, and vendors.
• Deliver an integration management experience with monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Establish a granular data-sharing model that protects proprietary data while enabling customer access.
• Partner with Security and Data Governance to scale data-sharing policies across a growing partner ecosystem.
• Build vendor/partner relationships to discuss shared improvements and drive collaboration.
• Represent the integration platform in customer conversations translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Prioritize roadmap deliverables with clear requirements; work with Engineering on sprint planning.
• Document validation, testing and implementation plans; coordinate with cross-team partners; communicate roadmap and progress to leadership
