Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Architect specialized in integrations to lead the data unification across ERP, CRM, finance, and inventory. You will architect, implement, govern, and optimize data flows for a digital commerce client, collaborating with architects, product owners, and ERP consultants.

You will define patterns for real-time and batch integrations, enforce governance, and drive scalable solutions across legacy systems and microservices while mentoring the team and ensuring security

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures (middleware, ESB, or iPaaS).
• Hands-on Boomi platform expertise (AtomSphere, API Management, EDI/B2B) required.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and e-commerce via connectors/APIs.
• Scripting knowledge in Groovy or JavaScript for data manipulation.
• Familiar with REST, SOAP, Webhooks, JSON, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong communication and analytical thinking to drive integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architecture across systems and platforms.
• Develop and optimize data flows between ERP/CRM/e-commerce and integration layer.
• Establish governance, logging, and security practices for data synchronization.
• Coordinate with product owners and ERP consultants to map data needs.
• Lead code reviews and mentor the development team on integration standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure performance, concurrency, and reliability at scale.
