Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for OmniSphere data integrations. You will own the strategy and roadmap for secure, scalable data exchange across customers, partners, and vendors, balancing openness with protecting proprietary data and workflows.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Product, and external partners to ensure reliable integration capabilities, monitor performance, and drive adoption. Remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with data integration or interoperability focus.
• Experience defining and scaling integration frameworks with multiple data formats and delivery methods.
• Knowledge of data governance, access controls, and privacy in B2B data sharing.
• Experience managing vendor or partner roadmaps and commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures alongside engineering/architecture teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve a scalable data integration framework for secure data exchange.
• Align data integration roadmap priorities with broader product priorities.
• Identify gaps in data integration coverage and define solutions to close them.
• Protect and extend integration capabilities across formats and delivery models.
• Partner with engineering on sprint planning and deployment readiness.
• Communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
