Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking an experienced Technology Services Technical Lead to drive data integration, data migration, and related solutions. You will act as the primary technical authority across Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Snowflake, Azure, Salesforce, and cloud platforms.

You’ll lead solution design, guide delivery teams, manage client relationships, and report on revenue, gross margin, and delivery performance to the DS&A leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, data integration, data migration, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams, architects, and/or integration practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across data integration and migration engagements.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for clients.
• Define delivery methodologies and reusable patterns for Boomi, Workato, and MuleSoft.
• Build a high-performing team and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, and quality to protect profitability.
