Job summary

Attain Partners seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead enterprise data integration and migration initiatives for Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Salesforce ecosystems.

You will manage end-to-end technical delivery, including architecture, discovery, data mapping, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production readiness, guiding teams and client stakeholders to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical background in enterprise integrations and data migrations.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions, challenge designs and guide engineering teams.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams (architects, developers, data engineers, QA).
• Proven track record delivering on-time, on-scope projects with quality outcomes.
• Experience with Salesforce migration projects and integration patterns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of integration and migration initiatives.
• Oversee solution architecture, discovery, data mapping, and transformation work.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
• Manage client relationships, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Review designs, guide technical decisions, and ensure delivery quality.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
