The incumbent partners with business units, leads analytics initiatives, and mentors teammates while managing complex projects. A strong background in statistics, BI, and data visualization is required.

Qualifications

• Require Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics or Information Technology.
• 7–10 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• 1–3 years in Project Management; 0–1 year in Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business areas to identify complex information needs.
• Define outcomes and path to achieve them.
• Lead teams to evaluate solutions and develop new tools if needed.
• Extract and transform data from relevant sources and partner with data owners.
• Present conclusions to senior leadership in clear formats and dashboards.
• Provide direction and training to teammates.
• Serve as project manager for complex work.
• Other duties as assigned.
