FMNE Insurance Company is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead strategy and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and BI. The role partners with business and IT leaders to transform data into actionable insights and scalable analytics capabilities that support strategic goals.

The role reports to IT leadership and emphasizes governance, adoption, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and operational management of enterprise reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Establish scalable and sustainable analytics practices that support operational reporting, executive decision-making, and enterprise insight generation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards and best practices for reporting, visualization, dashboard design, and analytics delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of enterprise analytics capabilities, self-service reporting adoption, and business insight delivery.
