Job summary

FMNE Insurance is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. You will partner with business and technology leaders to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve operational visibility.

Reporting to the Vice President of IT, you will establish scalable analytics capabilities, govern data assets, champion data literacy, and guide a talented team through change while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or tech leadership.
• 5+ years leading analytics or BI teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with leaders to define metrics and reporting alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics, and BI capabilities.
• Establish scalable analytics practices for operational reporting and executive decisions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards and best practices for reporting and visualization.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and business insight delivery.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to align analytics with priorities.
