Job summary

Kroger Technology & Digital seeks a Senior Digital Insights Analyst to lead analytics for the Assortment Analytics team in Blue Ash, OH. You will connect raw data to business decisions, partner with the Product Manager, and enable data-driven choices across multiple domains.

You will define KPIs, build dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders, driving optimization of digital products and potential AI use cases. This on-site role emphasizes storytelling with data and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience using Adobe Analytics or Power BI.
• Experience with statistical methods and correlation analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools to identify opportunities.
• Perform end-to-end analyses to drive digital product efficiencies and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards and reports combining multiple data sources for KPIs and stakeholders.
• Lead reporting and present insights to advance product usability and effectiveness.
• Define success measures and KPI strategy across product teams.
• Identify KPIs and NorthStar metrics with stakeholders and support analytics.
• Tell stories with data to align supporting data with key points.
