Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Category Analyst who will support analytics for Kroger and other key accounts, translating data into actionable insights. The role partners with Sales to shape assortment, marketing, and growth initiatives.

You’ll analyze data across Circana, Nielsen, and Numerator, build compelling presentations, and drive growth through storytelling. Hybrid work in Walnut Creek, CA or Cincinnati, OH with strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, or related field.
• 3–5 years of category management or analytics in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Kroger data tools and syndicated data sources (Circana, NIQ, SPINS, Numerator).
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for Kinder’s key Kroger customer partner and drive growth.
• Lead analytics for Kroger, tracking performance of initiatives and launches.
• Utilize Circana, Nielsen, Numerator data to answer business questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Strategy to optimize assortment.
• Conduct post-event analysis of customer strategies and tactics.
