Plus One, an Optum Company, seeks a Senior Analyst - Data Insights and Analytics to join the Jersey City on-site wellness team. You will collect, validate, and translate data into actionable insights for client benefits and wellness priorities, delivering accurate reporting and dashboards.

The role emphasizes population health reporting, ROI/VOI, engagement, and program performance, with collaboration across internal teams and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with data management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to assess data quality across multiple sources and reconcile issues.
• Experience in insight development and client service functions.
• Familiarity with population health metrics, ROI/VOI, and engagement indicators.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Data storytelling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and reconcile data from internal teams, vendors, and client sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities informing recommendations.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for decision-making.
• Support population health reporting by compiling inputs related to ROI, VOI, engagement, outcomes, and program performance.
• Complete ad hoc analytics, compliance, vendor, population health, and business reporting requests.
