Job summary

Onos Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to convert health plan data into reporting, analyses, and insights for customers.

You’ll work hands-on with claims, authorization, eligibility, and clinical data, building analyses and dashboards showing utilization trends, provider variation, cost, and program impact on the Onos platform. You’ll own analyses end-to-end and work with data science, product, and customer teams, turning repeatable analyses into standard product reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data; experience with authorization, eligibility, or clinical data is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for data analysis; ability to independently answer complex analytical questions.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in a BI or notebook tool.
• Proven experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer-facing reports and dashboards covering utilization, cost, provider performance, and program outcomes.
• Run analyses that answer specific customer questions, such as spend concentration, outliers, and program impact on utilization.
• Prepare findings for customer meetings and present results to analytics and operations teams.
• Explore and analyze structured data feeds (claims, authorizations, eligibility, clinical data) to extract key insights.
• Collaborate across Data Science, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success on engagements and reporting.
