Job summary

The Data Ingest team at Peraton seeks a Systems Engineer to outline, develop and implement data engineering solutions in a Linux environment. You will work with data ontologies (schemas), structured data (XML, CSV, JSON) and MySQL/NoSQL databases to map and model data transformation routines that feed corporate repositories.

You will document new and existing data flows, support data routing implementations, and collaborate on smart data systems.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Systems Engineering efforts is required
• Able to implement comprehensive SOA solutions
