Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Process Manager for Data Governance and Pricing within the DGAP team of GPN. The role focuses on managing data-related risk across processes, developing controls, and driving process improvements.

You will collect and analyze data, document procedures, and collaborate with Risk, BRO and management to implement changes. The position requires BPM/PM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach junior staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple processes; monitor, report and plan process improvements or redesigns.
• Define, establish and manage process controls and document processes.
• Collaborate on larger initiatives and represent department on change control forums.
• Coach and train junior PM levels on processes and goals.
• Provide customer service and training to internal customers on processes.
