Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Process Manager for the Data Governance and Pricing (DGAP) team within the Global Payment Networks (GPN). The role focuses on managing data-related risks across NCR, XDS, SCAN findings, privacy and governance, developing processes, programs and controls.

The ideal candidate will combine data, risk and project management experience to monitor, report and drive process improvements, collaborate across departments, and coach junior PMs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of multiple processes; monitor and plan process improvements.
• Define and manage process controls; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on change control forums and represent department interests.
• Coach junior PMs on processes, targets and goals.
• Provide internal customer training on specific processes.
