Capital One is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager for Data Governance and Pricing (DGAP) within Global Payment Networks.

You will manage data-adjacent risks across NCR, XDS, SCAN Findings, Privacy, and Governance, developing processes and controls with a mix of data, risk, and project management expertise. The role involves collaborating with multiple organizations to implement risk strategies, policies and tools, and to drive governance across programs with a strong emphasis on operational risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or military experience) required.
3+ years of financial services risk management experience.
5+ years of project management experience.
7+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.

Responsibilities

Understand, document, and analyze current state capabilities for one or more risk methods.
Benchmark to determine best practices for components of the risk framework.
Write and revise policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Develop and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aids.
Prepare presentations to aid in the design and usage of risk methods.
Collaborate across Operational Risk, Compliance, IT, Audit, and other teams to meet objectives.
