Qualifications

• Deep experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data strategy and MDM workflows.
• Familiarity with Stibo Systems MDM platform is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data ownership, stewardship, and decision-rights models.
• Experience in distribution, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Review and update MDM workflows for vendor, product, and customer domains.
• Assess current state of master data ingestion across ERP landscapes.
• Redesign workflows for governance and automation.
• Define governance policies, standards, and decision-making structures.
• Establish data stewardship and accountability frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs and report governance maturity and data quality trends.
• Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, security, and analytics teams.
• Extend governance coverage beyond MDM workflows to broader data landscape.
