Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a senior Data Governance leader to expand our governance consulting capabilities and Databricks partnerships. You will lead enterprise governance programs, design operating models, and deliver strategic client solutions in a consultant role.

In this role you will mentor teams, develop market-facing offerings, and help grow revenue through data governance initiatives and alliance opportunities with Databricks, while ensuring governance aligns with regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives or consulting engagements.
• Experience designing governance models, stewardship programs, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with Databricks governance capabilities and cloud data platforms.
• Experience building and leading consulting capabilities and client engagements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance capability development, offerings, and go-to-market solutions.
• Drive Databricks partnership strategy, ecosystem presence, and revenue opportunities.
• Manage client delivery leadership, governance maturity assessments, and operating models.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and accountability structures.
• Oversee metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and data quality initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops, drive adoption, and ensure regulatory alignment.
