Pearson seeks a Data Engineer / Full Stack Engineer to design APIs, frontend interfaces, and data pipelines in a cloud-native, AWS-based environment. You will work across Django/DRF, Nuxt/Vue, Python backend, and data transformations, delivering scalable applications and enterprise automation.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with AWS serverless, Glue, PostgreSQL, Redis, and CI/CD, and will collaborate in an Agile, distributed team. Applications accepted through Aug 17, 2026.

Qualificações

• Proven Python/Django backend development experience.
• Hands-on API design using DRF and OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and DRF.
• Build and document RESTful APIs using DRF/OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Implement data validation and API response modeling with Pydantic.
• Develop authentication/authorization with django-rest-knox, OAuth, and MSAL/Azure AD.
• Create modern frontend apps using Nuxt 4, Vue 3, and TypeScript.
• Manage frontend state with Pinia and UI with Tailwind CSS/Nuxt UI.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Build ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue, Pandas, NumPy.
