This full-time role requires a detail-oriented, customer-service minded professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel to various customer locations during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• Experience with data entry, imaging, and data capture.
• Experience working with a high-speed scanner or related tools.
• Working knowledge of Kofax, Paper Flow, or Google Docs.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve document management scenarios and rush requests.
• Identify and champion service and process improvement opportunities.
• Sort, archive, retrieve, and distribute filed documents as requested.
• Follow procedures to manage document control processes and perform quality control.
• Conduct high-volume document scanning and re-scans of poor images as needed.
• Verify field accuracy and perform final audits before sending work to customers.
• Maintain smooth office operations through reliable performance.
