You’ll own central data systems, oversee data quality and observability, and drive production reliability while applying modern AI-assisted development practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading data engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, PySpark, Databricks and Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global data engineering team.
• Translate roadmap priorities into scalable technical plans.
