EY is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead AI and analytics initiatives within our Products and Platforms Practice. You will design scalable data architectures, mentor a cross-functional team, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable business value.

You will work across data engineering, modeling, and production handoff, leveraging Python, R, SQL, cloud architectures, and GenAI tooling to drive impact while managing delivery and budgets in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Applied Math, Analytics, or related preferred.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R, and SQL, with expertise in data engineering, data pipelines, streaming architectures, and big data ecosystems.
