Craft is hiring senior data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines and data-driven solutions across multiple teams. You will work on complex datasets, build scalable processing systems, and apply modern data tooling within a fast-growing startup.

The role emphasizes strong Python, PySpark, and Pandas capabilities, with exposure to AWS, Databricks, and AI-assisted coding tools. Remote and hybrid work options are available across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring reliable, scalable data pipelines in production.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, batch and streaming, DWH, Data Lakes, distributed processing.
• Strong SDLC and software engineering practices.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines (batch and streaming).
• Analyze and model structured and unstructured data.
• Design testable, maintainable software components.
