YipitData seeks a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead a global team and own large-scale data pipelines and AI-ready datasets. You’ll guide architecture, code reviews, and production ownership while partnering with product and data leads to deliver reliable data products for research, applications, and customers.

You’ll champion data quality, observability, and operational excellence, using SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles.
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading data engineers.
• Hands-on data engineering leadership with architecture and delivery responsibilities.
• Strong SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of data engineers.
• Partner with product and data leads to translate roadmap into technical plans.
• Build and improve scalable data pipelines, data models, and QA systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery and operations.
