Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related field; 10+ years in data management and data engineering roles.
• 10+ years of technical leadership and experience with data-centric products and with data integration, modeling, optimization, and data quality.
• Preferred: Master’s degree; expert with data engineering tooling and BI platforms; strong Agile/learn-and-adapt mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Engineers projects and efforts.
• Set strategy and vision for data engineering within the enterprise.
• Architect, create, and maintain data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data science and business analytics teams on data requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members; forecast skill needs and growth.
• Evaluate tools with stakeholders to prioritize analytics use cases.
