Huntington is seeking an Data Engineering Lead to architect and optimize enterprise data pipelines and productionize data for analysts, scientists, and other data consumers. You will guide data quality, governance, and collaborate with data science teams while mentoring junior engineers.

You will lead the data engineering team, drive improvements, and align data solutions with business needs, taking ownership of end-to-end data delivery across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, related field, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data management including data integration, modeling, optimization and data quality.
• 7+ years of experience with database programming languages and advanced analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, create and maintain data pipelines.
• Renovate data management infrastructure to drive automation.
• Collaborate with data science teams and analysts to refine data requirements.
• Train colleagues in data pipelining and preparation techniques.
• Work with data governance teams to curate data for reuse.
• Communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
